Description

Main application event manager, supporting asynchronous menus, dialog boxes and help (other events, such as serial reads, can be handled while menus, dialog boxes and/or help are displayed).

I had to modify the original to work with the I/O Manager, to support user-specified event handling procedures, and to allow it to work correctly on non-Series 3a machines.
